Zenith

Running foryour mind

Most running apps only hand you numbers. Zenith hands you calm. He is a guide in your ears with a zen master's patience, and you can talk to him, mid-run, out loud. Tell him you're anxious, flat, wired or wrecked, and he shapes the run around how you actually feel.

Tell him how you feel

Tap to talk. He listens, answers, and changes what comes next.

He reads the run

Heart rate, pace and distance, live. He eases you off before you ask.

Breathe and stretch

He stops you for a stretch, holds the count, and leads the breath.

Live Runs

Run together,from anywhere

Solo runs have their place. But running with people gets you out the door, carries you through the hard minutes and stays with you long after. Most of us just don't have a run club nearby. A Live Pack run is one, wherever you live.

69%

of 60,000 people who run and walk together every week said it had improved their mental health.

Same run. Same second. Same playlist.

Show up

A set time with real people waiting is a time you keep. That is how a run becomes a habit, and the habit does the work on your mind.

Company in your ears

Tap to talk to the Pack, catch a cheer right when the legs start asking questions, and Zenith leading everyone through the same run.

Finish together

Everyone crosses the line in the same Pack. A finish that is shared is one you remember.

The music

One playlist.
One clock.
One Pack.

At the start line every phone starts the same song at the same second. A runner in Miami and a runner in Brooklyn hear the same beat at the same moment, the whole way. Join late and you drop in where the Pack is, mid-song.

Your music, your volume

Apple Music plays it on your own phone, in your own headphones. AutoMix carries one song into the next, so the Pack never drops into silence.

Voices over music

Talk to the Pack and the music steps back under your voice. When Zenith speaks it dips a little, then swells back after his last word.

Zenith on the decks

Once the Pack settles, he calls out every second song inside a coaching line. Never over a runner, never in the warm-up or the finish.

Mute just you

One tap mutes the playlist on your phone only. Unmute and you're back exactly where the Pack is. The Pack chat has its own mute, on the watch too.

Ghost Runs

You vsyou

The only runner worth beating is the one you were last week. Pick a run you have done and its ghost runs it again beside you, ahead or behind, with Zenith calling the gap.

Pressure off

Nobody else is watching and nobody else's number is on the screen. It's you against you.

Proof you're getting stronger

Confidence built from evidence: the gap, live, in Zenith's words.

On your wrist

Leave the phone.Bring Zenith.

Two ways to run with Apple Watch: on its own with the phone left at home, or with the phone in your pocket and the wrist keeping up. Either way, Zenith and the Pack come with you.

Watch-led runs

Leave the phone behind

Start from your wrist. The watch owns the run: heart rate, pace, distance and splits come straight from the sensors on your arm. Tap LIVE to join a Pack run from the watch alone, leave on the same second and talk to the Pack from your wrist. When you get back, the phone already knows everything.

Companion runs

The phone leads, the wrist keeps up

Start on the phone and the watch comes to the front on its own: the clock, distance, pace, heart rate, the block you're in and what Zenith is saying. Pause or finish from either. Tap the watch to talk to the Pack with the phone still in your pocket.

Heart rate that means something

With the watch on, Zenith knows when the effort is climbing before you say so, holds you in the zone, and eases you off when you've given enough.

Knows when you stop

Stop at a crossing and the run pauses itself. Take a step and it's back in about a second, because the watch feels your arm move before GPS catches up.

Built for Ultra runners

Runs for your mind, on your wrist

Breathing runs, body scans and gratitude runs with the same breathing orb as the phone. A glance, a pulse on the wrist, a voice in your ears.
